"Horrific experience dealing with StateFarm. We have a homeowners policy with this branch and suffered storm damage to our roof 6 months ago. We have had 3 contractors tell us we need a new roof and 2 submit written evaluations to StateFarm but despite this the adjuster is refusing to honor the claim. They now want the contractor to photograph every step of an attempted repair process and then submit a report showing why it didn’t work? Sound ridiculous? Avoid this StateFarm at all costs"

"I like state farm have had them for 25 yrs but this office had a lot to be desired. They auto deducted 2 payments without permission and refused to so anything about the fees. We had to get our auto insurance from another company because when our daughter became of age they misapplied payments a nd refused to issue credit.
